I'm really liking my blog, and I can't thank you any more than I already am! It's awesome to have an Oasis blog, and I just wanted to tell you a little bit about what's going on with my "hiring".
I am alone with this blog, and I will post things alone, but I thought it would be awesome to have an Admin and a moderator to support my blog a bit. :-) I know what you want to do is post on my blog, and I might allow it, but if you post without permission, I might either take your job away (job meaning if your an admin or if your a mod, not getting paid.) or I might be nice and just delete it. But if you post on my blog 3 or more times, you will lose the job! Why? Because it's my blog, and I don't want others posting stuff I don't want on it, I hope you understand.
For admins and mods that will belong to me, you will be able to pick staff, that is if anybody sends you an email, and if you DO want to post, email me and tell me what you're going to post. Just think about it: If you had a blog and you hired people to write things on your blog, (with your permission.) would you want them to write something that didn't really matter? No. Example: "Hi it's Dalana91 the new admin! I just wanted to post because I feel like it. Bye!" Right. I would say Bye to Dalana91 for that. She would instantly lose her job.
Note: Once you lose your job, you cannot get hired again, so don't reapply, I will just trash your email. Thanks penguins! Bye bye! :-)
